Objectives
- As part of our ongoing commitment to clinical excellence and continued education, we’re excited to share the objectives for our upcoming course focused on implant complication management.
- Establish and maintain a clear practice philosophy through effective systems, team training, and leadership
- Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills to educate patients and team members, facilitating informed decision-making and mutually agreed-upon treatment plans
- Identify strategies to develop and integrate successful and profitable implant dentistry services within a dental practice
- Explain the proper utilization of CDT codes related to implant dentistry and treatment planning
- Apply best practices for managing the patient experience from the initial phone call through scheduling, presentation of practice philosophy, and case acceptance, utilizing role-playing workshops

Meet The Lecturer
Dr. Ihab M. Hanna
DDS, FAAID-DABOI
Dr. Ihab M. Hanna graduated, with honors, in 1994 from Cairo University. Afterwards, he spent three years in training and hospital residency before moving to San Francisco. He completed two years of General practice residency at the University of Illinois, as a chief resident, where he acquired additional training with the use of Dental Implants, sedation and special care dentistry.
With over 25 years of implant dentistry experience and faculty at several implant educational programs, Dr. Hanna has extended his skills and knowledge to the community through his implant study club where he supports general dentists in advancing their implant skills through hands on live surgeries further. Dr. Hanna is founder of the RWC Implant Study Club and is committed to sharing dental implant education to the general dentist community.
